  • How can I access my RealEyes© system from a PC?

    To access your RealEyes© Surveillance System from a Windows PC you will need to install the Edge Recording Manager. The installer can be downloaded HERE or the link below.

    To access your RE16 or RE17 system from a MAC you will need the Edge Recording Manager MAC version which you can download HERE.

    For the RE7 - RE15 Surveillance Systems you will need to install DMMultiview and Remote Viewlog for total offsite remote access.

  • How can I access my RealEyes© system from a smartphone?

    The RealEyes© Surveillance System app is compatable with iPhone and Android smartphones. Select a link below for more information about the application. If you have a different smartphone such as Windows or Blackberry you can view your live cameras from your smartphone's default web browser.

  • Can I allow other users to access to my RealEyes© system?

    The RealEyes© Surveillance System can be configured to allow remote access to multiple users. User accounts can be created to allow full or limited access.

    User accounts can be created and modified in the "Local Account Edit" menu.

  • Can I limit user access?

    User access can be limited by specific camera, connection time and features such as remote playback.

    These settings can be found in the "Local Account Edit" menu under the "Webcam" tab.
