Patrick and Chase are fantastic and have earned Sentry a lifelong customer in Million Dollar Rustic! We love our upgraded system and these guys have been with us for several days installing and moving cameras….and then moving them again when we change our minds about how/where we wanted them. They’ve become a part of our family here and oddly enough, we’ll be sad when they move on from this project, but we always rest easy knowing that if we need anything, they come right out and take care of us. As new managers at a self storage facility, we were not familiar with Sentry Surveillance, whose camera/security system was in place. When we called Technical Support with questions, they were extremely helpful and patiently worked with us.
Several units, a few months later, were broken into. Thanks to Sentry, the thief’s every step was recorded and we were able to turn that footage over to the police.
Just a few days ago, a representative called simply to ask how everything was going and if we had any other concerns or questions. Now that’s good service!!

Recently I had a 6 camera system installed at one of my properties and I was pleased with the overall experience. They were very professional and helpful in the approval process. The scheduled installation was awesome, they checked and double checked the system to ensure it was functioning properly. The techs training session was great, they answered all of our questions and concerns. I would recommend this company for all your security needs.
Just had my system installed and everything looks great. The install is clean and the techs were very easy to work with. The picture quality looks great. Time will tell on the longevity of the equipment but with the warranty they give, I don’t see it being a problem.
